Love-Aurolis’s Terms & Conditions
Before ordering, please take note that:
1) Most of our items are limited, hence place your order as soon as you can decide! Please indicate clearly in the order form the item you want (item, quantity, size, colour, etc).
2) Sales are based on first-come-first-serve basis. First-come-first-serve means selling to the one who can confirm the purchase and make payment first! Items will not be reserved. Although email sales are entertained,
priority is given to those who confirm via the order form.
3) Please clarify all doubts before purchasing any items as we reserve the rights not to do refunds or exchange. You can do so by emailing us directly at
love.aurolis@gmail.com We will try our best to attend to all queries as soon as possible.

Dead buyers would be blacklisted! Hence, please be 100% sure that you want our crafts before placing your orders. We
do not do meet-ups or trades.
5) Prices are
fixed
- No waiving of postage
- Prices not negotiable
6) If the item is
pending, it means we are awaiting payment, do submit the order form so that we can contact you if the previous deal falls through or if backorders are available.
Love-Aurolis's Payment Details
Love-Aurolis accepts payment through
ATM transfers or Internet Banking to our POSB account! Payment invoice will be sent to the buyer’s email address.
Please do not send your cash payment via snail mail to avoid any misunderstandings or risks for which Love-Aurolis would not be responsible for.
If payment is not received within
2 days, the item will be sold to the next interested buyer. Hence, if you have expressed your interest for an item, please remember to check your mailbox for our payment invoice!
Items will be mailed out within
3 days upon receiving payment.
Love-Aurolis’s Shipping Information
We will only ship locally for now.
The shipping charges are as follow (unless otherwise stated):
Normal Mail:
Most tops:

Most dresses and denim:
$1.50
For registered mail, an additional
$2.30 applies on top of the postage rates stated above. Postage by registered mail will only be conducted every Wednesday.
We are not responsible for items once mailed.
